The remote support is provided by remote screen sharing and voice calls. You will explain your requirements on the screen by sharing your documents or SAP screen and then the support provider will answer your questions and help you arrive at the possible solutions or by guiding you to write the documentations (functional specifications/ config documents etc.) or running the test scripts and documenting test results or even in creating these test scripts or by checking the configuration for any bugs/ mistakes/ errors.
The support can be arranged on weekday/ weekend/ day or night time as per your convenience depending on the availability of trainers. These are the options to choose from depending on your needs –
1. Pay Per Ticket (PPT) :
To get the rate quote, please reach us firstname.lastname@example.org with details on your project and the kind of support needed.
2. Pay per hour (PPH) :
The charges are US$20/hr. You may buy a minimum 10 hrs in advance and consume as you need. In this case the credit hrs do not expire.
3. Pay Per Month (PPM) :
For a 20 hrs package the applicable fee is US$300 and for 40 hrs it is US$550 and the entire Fee is payable before the start of the course and later before the start of subsequent month. Subject to availability of the trainer, the hrs/ day may be mutually discussed and agreed upon depending on the needs. However, please note that the credit hrs are to be consumed within the same month and do not carry forward. Please note that in some cases the trainer may be required to spend some time offline to research on a few complicated scenarios, topics and issues and may consume these hrs. The same will be discussed with you ahead of time and only after mutual agreement, the same will be acted upon.
