You will explain your requirements on the screen by sharing your documents or SAP screen and then the support provider will answer your questions and help you arrive at the possible solutions or by guiding you to write the documentations (functional specifications/ config documents etc.) or running the test scripts and documenting test results or even in creating these test scripts or by checking the configuration for any bugs/ mistakes/ errors.
The support can be arranged on weekday/ weekend/ day or night time as per your convenience. These are the options to choose from depending on your needs –
