Remote Support

Hello!

Have you recently got a project or is it your first job as a SAP consultant? You wish there was someone who could guide you and explain how to resolve those help requests or support tickets, who could hold your hand in the beginning and help you get going. This page is exactly for you.

The remote support is provided by screen sharing and voice calls. You will explain your requirements on the screen by sharing your documents or SAP screen and then the support provider will answer your questions and help you arrive at the possible solutions or by guiding you to write the documentations (functional specifications/ config documents etc.) or running the test scripts and documenting test results or even in creating these test scripts or by checking the configuration for any bugs/ mistakes/ errors.

 You have the following optionsto choose from depending on your needs -

1. Pay Per Ticket (PPT) – The charges will vary from USD30,- (INR 1500/-) to USD100,-(INR 5000/-) per ticket depending on the complexity/urgency of tickets. The price quote could be obtained by sending the issue log.

2. Pay per hour (PPH) – The charges are fixed at USD 100,- (Or INR 5000/-) per hour. The minimum unit will be one hr. Even if the session is held for 10 minutes, one hr will be charged. Similarly, for an hour and 10 minutes, 2 hrs will be charged.

3. Pay Per Month (PPM) – The charges vary depending on the number of hours needed per day. For 2hrs/day support, the charges are USD3200,- (INR 160k/month) and for 1 hr/day, the charges are USD 1600,-(INR 80k)/month.

4. Emergency Support – For any unplanned/ emergency/ SOS needs, the same could be possible @ US200/hr depending on the availablilty of support providers.

    I’ve been receiving remote support for past couple of weeks from Jitesh and I must say that the support he provided made me believe in myself. With no prior experience in SD it was difficult for me to handle my current project proficiently but Jitesh was extremely patient, knowledgeable and committed and helped me lay a perfect foundation for my bright future in SAP. It was way better than any kind of training I could have had.

    Please, help!

    I work with SAP R3 – ERP productive. In transaction WF 30 when i try to generate ‘delivery’ (such button translate also as supply, shipping) appears window with mistake “relevant data (records) not found”. What can be wrong with my reservation?

    P.S. I try to tranlate program buttons from Russian

    Hi,

    I am new in SAP SD and just landed a Job in a support roll and will be starting next week in FL. Now i definately need the on job support. I am not sure how it will work. For example on per ticket basis, how will it be resolved. Will we ( me & support person) go over it together and i will be explained the process and theory behind it. Also in the beginning i might need help in Unit testing scripts & Func Spec etc.
    Please advise what is the procedure and what level of support i should expect and at what cost.
