Based on many requests from you all, I have decided to start providing Remote support to the fresh consultants, who find it hard to handle real time issues because of lack of experience and need some hand holding. The following options are proposed -

Pay Per Ticket (PPT) – The charges will vary from USD30,- (INR 1500/-) to USD100,-(INR 5000/-) per ticket depending on the complexity/urgency of tickets. The price quote could be obtained by sending the issue log.

Pay per hour (PPH) – The charges are fixed at USD 50,- (Or INR 2500/-) per hour. The minimum unit will be one hr. Even if the session is held for 10 minutes, one hr will be charged. Similarly, for an hour and 10 minutes, 2 hrs will be charged.

Pay Per Month (PPM) – The charges vary depending on the number of hours needed per day. For 2hrs/day support, the charges are USD1600,- (INR 80k/month) and for 1 hr/day, the charges are USD 800,-(INR 40k)/month.
